Never go very low - a cheap usually means a bad service. Not always, but very often, trust me.

Every registrar pays $6 to Verisign and ~0.20 cents to ICANN for every com and net domain name registration per year. So selling it under $6.20 is already very low. Don’t forget the credit card processing fees, support, infrastructure set-up, maintenance and bandwidth fees. Everything costs.
